It presents vibrant stone fruit and citrus notes up front with a unique nutmeg and complex botanicals like a vermouth (sans the alcohol) on the finish. Processed with the meticulous theromoshock techniques to lock in these unique flavours from the ripe pacamara cherry, we recommend this coffee served in a brandy balloon and quaffed.
